The HC\nbench of Justice Moyeenul Islam Chowdhury and Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman\ncame up with the order following a writ petition jointly filed by 11 rights organizations,\nincluding Environment and Social Development Organization (ESDO), seeking\nnecessary order.\n\nThe\nHC ordered the government to strictly enforce ban on polythene or throwaway\nplastic bags across the country through regular market monitoring, closure of\npolythene manufacturing factories and confiscation of machineries.
