Moniruzzaman and Ms. Keya Khan Additional Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change graced the event as Special Guest. Md, Mokhlesur Rahman, Former Additional IGP of Bangladesh Police was the Guest of Honour of this event.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Brig Gen Md.
