There are a number of common national initiatives to reduce plastic pollution, some of which provide instances of local and international efforts to avoid marine plastic pollution, while others concentrate on the banning and taxing of specific single-use plastic goods. Others also discussed difficulties and learnings they encountered while working on projects involving environmental microplastics.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">In the afternoon, during an innovative session organized by the INC Secretariat, a stakeholder dialogue took place. Delegates heard from two panels, comprising representatives from government, civil society, academia, and the private sector, including plastic producers.
