Environment and Social Development Organization – ESDO in collaboration with Bangladesh Shishu Academy organized a certificate and prize-giving ceremony on 28 October 2023 to celebrate the artistic expressions of young talents. On this occasion, the winners of the art competition were declared. The art competition was held on 21 October 2023 on the observation of International Lead Poisoning Prevention Week where children demonstrated exceptional artistic skills and expressions with astonishing levels of awareness in regard to how they can live in a toxic-free world and their artwork demonstrated a strong urge of having a lead-free future.
Syed Marghub Murshed, the respected chairperson of ESDO and former Secretary of the Bangladesh Government chaired the event. Anjir Liton, Director General of Bangladesh Shishu Academy, Dr. Abdullah-Al Faisal, Deputy Program Manager, DGHS, Dr. Shahriar Hossain, Secretary General of ESDO and Siddika Sultana, Executive Director of ESDO were also present at the event.
