On August 13, KOICA volunteers dispatched to ESDO successfully held a Waste Management Awareness Booth at Lalmatia Housing Society. The event aimed to help students understand the seriousness of Dhaka’s waste problem through hands-on activities.
Students explored how waste affects the environment, health, and economy, and practiced proper waste segregation using specially designed sorting cards through an interactive game.
We thank all the students, school representatives, and ESDO members who took part, and look forward to more awareness activities ahead.
